REFUNDS
We take extra care to ensure your products are thoroughly checked for any defects prior to shipping. Please read our terms and conditions carefully before placing an order - we may modify the terms and conditions from time to time and without any notice.
If your goods are damaged/defective in any way on delivery, you are welcome to return or exchange the items within 14 days of purchase. Please email us at [email protected] to arrange a refund or exchange. Your purchase product must return to us in a new condition - unwashed and unused, tags intact and in its original packaging. You must also include a copy of your invoice with the returning garment(s) or via email. Once we have received and inspected the item(s), we will organise an exchange or refund at our discretion. You will be notified of the outcome via email. The consumer will be required to pay for return postage which may be refunded depending on outcome. We unfortunately can't offer credit notes at this stage.
Please note that we do not offer any refunds on change of mind purchases - you can, however, exchange your item(s) but you will be required to cover all postage costs.

SUBMITTED CONTENT
We would love for you to post pictures of your loved ones on our pages. Please note that when you submit any content to libertykidsaustralia.bigcartel.com (or any associated sites), you agreeably permit Liberty Kids immutable, royalty free licence to publish, distribute, revise, display and syndicate your content world-wide. You certify and warrant that you have the required authority to grant your submitted content to Liberty Kids.
